Setup a second email address

It is a good idea to setup a second 'disposable' email address that you can use on web sites that you do not trust or on message boards, newsgroups, forums and mailing lists.

All these could end up with your email address being more 'public' than you would like it - so use an email address you could 'lose' if you ended up receiving spam.
